VMware How to research of cause that hang up virtual machine

Have you been experience that virtual machine hang up and unused on VMware?
It's system trouble will occur again,maybe.
You have to research of cause and that troubles mustn't occur again.

So This article introduce that getting dump log way then virtual machine is hanged up.

How to getting a dump log in hanging up virtual machine

1.Connect ESXi host or vCenter

2.Select the virtual machine

3.Select File-Export-Export to system logs

4.Select Hung VM and Gather performance data and next.

5.Choose a saving folder in operation computer because It's getting on the virtual machine in memory

6.Click complete

7.Virtual machine is starting up

8.End of getting logs then reboot server.
Power off and Power on server.
Because VMware tools is disabled.

9.Send log to bender
